But you, Barry Clark, did NOT notify Ms Draper "that there would be a hearing the following day” in any lawful or legitimate way, did you?
What you ACTUALLY DID was to send an email to Suzannah Hargreaves - a HOSTILE LITIGANT to Ella Gareeva (formerly Draper) - REQUESTING Hargreaves to inform Ella there would be a hearing in 24 hours!
This is what you wrote to Ms Hargreaves at 13:08, 9th February 2015:
“Dear All, Mrs Justice Pauffley has decided to hear this case tomorrow, Tuesday, 10 February at 2.00pm. May I please impose on Ms Hargreaves to ensure that all concerned are made aware. Thank you. Regards...”
This is in NO way a legitimate or lawful means to request the attendance of someone at court.
Your email was a reply to Suzannah Hargreaves’ email to you/Mrs Pauffley, in her capacity as a lawyer seeking to obtain an injunction against Ella Gareeva.
This is an excerpt from the email solicitor Suzannah Hargreaves sent to you, Barry Clark, on 9th February, 2015 at 12:15.
“At the time of writing, the Papa Kills Babies mobile phone footage that has been uploaded onto You Tube has been viewed by nearly 163,000 people. The other 2 videos which are on You Tube also have been viewed by thousands.
“The London Borough of Camden are taking legal advice about what steps they may need to take to address issues that arise for them from the dissemination of this material.
“It would seem clear from the events of the end of last week that both Ms McNeil and the mother are in contempt of court for publishing material which forms part of the evidence in these proceedings on the internet and, by posting the videos of the children, together with numerous references to their first names, thereby causing them to be very easily identified as the subjects of these proceedings.”
It is clear then that the INTENTION of Ms Hargreaves in trying to obtain a court hearing, was to obtain an injunction against Ella Gareeva for being in “Contempt of court for publishing material which forms part of the evidence in these proceedings on the internet and, by posting the videos of the children, together with numerous references to their first names, thereby causing them to be very easily identified as the subjects of these proceedings.”
Firstly this is a SLANDEROUS allegation. Ella Gareeva was and is entirely innocent of this accusation. But she was given no legitimate or lawful opportunity to defend herself from this accusation.
Ella was unable to defend herself because you had UNLAWFULLY and ILLEGITIMATELY left the responsibility of informing Ella that her presence was required in court IN 24 hours! to a HOSTILE LITIGANT, who was seeking to obtain an injunction against her.
Furthermore, lawyer Suzannah Hargreaves names Ms McNeill in her email to you as one of those she considers in contempt of court for publishing those videos, yet she does not include McNeill as one of those Cc’d in that email – only Ella is Cc’d in. And in your reply to Ms Hargreaves, you also omit to Cc in Sabine McNeill.
Was Sabine McNeill, the ONE WHO WAS ACTUALLY RESPONSIBLE for publishing the material online, ever notified she had to attend court on February 10th?
Or was the order made by Mrs Pauffley that day “to remove all offending materials from the internet by 16.00 on Friday 13th February 2015, as well as to refrain from any further harassment of the 2nd Respondent/the father,” SOLELY INTENDED for someone who was entirely innocent of publishing those “offending materials” - namely, Ella Gareeva?
What is more Barry Clark, you were sent a letter from Belinda McKenzie for Mrs Pauffley,

So she is naturally extremely shocked and disappointed that their faces are now all over the internet.”

Both myself and Kay had been critical of the defense team, and obviously McNeil and McKenzie would hear no wrong said about them - They would hear no wrong about a defense team who performed miserably throughout the trial omitting much vital evidence, calling only two witnesses for the Musa's defense compared to the prosecution's 44 witnesses, and a whole lot more.
Myself and others, believe this lame performance was premeditated and deliberate.
The Musas have now done 25 months in prison.
That certainly was no defence team - and McNeil's angry attack on Kay, and myself indirectly via that phone call defending this "legal team" I believe says a lot - that "No way should this defense team be criticised in any way, even though it would possibly lead to a change of defense representatives for the Musas."
That way, the new defense team would be retained simply to carry out the remaining end to a dismal performance "defending" those tortured parents, and they would go on to receive a lengthy sentence.

These are statistics I read in 2012 that came out of mathematical data calculated by members from a particular Yoga school... I sadly forget which one. It may have come from John Hagelin a physicist at Maharishi University of Management who features in the movie "What the Bleep do we know?" (NZ version linked). Lots of "spirit-minded" quantum physics academics have come up with these similar sorts of figures. You'll see these thoughts are clearly expounded in the following article from the Institute of Heart Math with which Gregg Braden is associated.

Thanks everyone who has ever come to read any of the articles on Co-creating Our New Earth blog. Together, we awaken. You may not realise the amount of effort or time that goes into creating blog posts, and doing the work of promoting articles, mainly through Facebook but in other places as well. This number of Views has not happened by "chance". As well as researching and writing articles, I would spend almost as much time again on promoting articles. Otherwise... articles sit there and nobody knows they're there... So "Yes". A LOT of time is spent in promoting.

Please note: People rarely donate to this blog. I think this is probably a common experience for most bloggers. Our friend Sabine McNeill made some donations to me in March of 2015 and a smattering of other people also donated at around that time. The total was around NZ$200. The lion's share of this was contributed by Sabine as she knew how cash-strapped I was at the time. This was when the Hampstead Cover-up news first began to break. And I certainly appreciated those donations as I was able to buy a new car battery. My car was sitting and not able to be used for four months as there was no money to buy another battery (NZ$180).
You may not realise, but I was putting in 60-70 hour weeks online all through that period, from Feb 11, 2015 to April 30,2015. I just sat here and read, and posted, and read more, and promoted. That was my day... 8 hours up to sometimes 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. That's a really long stretch of 11-12 weeks, UNPAID !! It was a 'life choice' i'd made >> Either find a job or keep covering the Hampstead Cover-up. For me, it was a no-brainer. So I decided to take the financial hit. On May 5, 2015 FBI informant Christine Ann Sands left the UK. (Search: CAS on this blog for more info). That was the next "big" thing we were waiting for... for her to leave.
After that was silence for a couple of months, and I think it was during that "lull" that I decided to set up two other blogs around these topics:

This is my determination.

This phenomena is REAL. When I was 11, certain members of my immediate family allowed demonic entities to speak through their mouths. I was a witness to this stuff. It's True !! So don't try to white-wash this video and say John is making shist up. He's not !!

The masculine entity who breathed in my ear for around 10 minutes in the middle of the night when I was 14 years old, HAD to depart at the name of Jesus. I started going to church a few months before I turned 13. I was terrified as well you might imagine at such a visitation. The entity slowly backed up. It took around 20 minutes in total for it to depart... but it did. I've not had a manifestation like this ever again in my life...
Oh... "they" tried to kill me on four separate occasions during 2012-13. But the fourth time, I got what the 'game' was.
