We now know that China hugely under-reported their numbers to the WHO. The WHO is complicit with China in accepting those figures. Over January-February 2020 a total of 21 million mobile phone users dropped off the network. This would explain why China shut down completely. The figures they reported to the WHO of 2 deaths per million makes no sense at all for a complete shut down of the Chinese industrial machine! Please see the video below >
