Everyone bows to the Pope "Godfather III" [God Father "Papa" = "Pope"] and kisses his ring when they meet him. The only time this doesn't happen is when the Pope is greeting members of the Rothchild family. The Pope then bows and kisses their hands.
Another name for the office of the Pope is "the Holy See" = the eye of Sauron.
