An Executive Intelligence Review intelligence source was near-ecstatic today on the release of the Senate Torture Report. He said he knew that neither Obama nor the Republicans would be able to stop it. He characterized it as the end of the post-9-11 dynamic. He said that it would be carried forward in an important way, and would bring back the healthy legacy of the U.S., of before Sept 11, 2001.
