BIO-RESONANT PROPULSION: UFO Propulsion Part 1.

This is an inter-disciplinary science experiment. People are gathering in the Science and Spiritual communities to find a way into developing this technology. People are looking for 'keys' into understanding and developing living tissue/ cells that are responsive to human thought-waves, but which are not conscious in and of themselves.

The Breath of Life

The proto-types for this can be seen in the human body. The human body is actually just a useless lump of meat until it is activated by what we call "Spirit" or "Source", the "Zero Point Field", Brahma, Wairua or "The Breath".

It is much the same with this technology...  which requires the skill of "breathing" life into matter from afar... and for those who are in close physical proximity to it, for them to provide the optimum conditions where it can birth itself.

Executive Summary

BIONICS is a common term for bio-inspired information technology, typically including three types of systems, namely:

•  bio-morphic (eg neuromorphic) and bio-inspired electronic/optical devices,

• autonomous artificial sensor-processor-activator prostheses and various devices built into the human body, and

• living-artificial interactive symbioses, e.g. brain-controlled devices or robots.

In spite of some restrictive use of the term 'bionics' in popular culture, as well as the

unfulfilled promises in the fields of neural networks, artificial intelligence, soft computing and other 'oversold' areas, it was agreed that the name bionics as defined above is the right one for the emergent technology also described as bio-inspired information technology (some people are suggesting info-bionics).              ANTI-GRAVITY EXPLAINED

INTRODUCTION

We have known since the 50s that gravity bends light by observing the apparent change of position of stars near the sun during an eclipse. The sun's gravity bent the light from the stars making them appear to have moved. Light and space/time are inseparable.If you bend one, you bend the other. If you can bend it you can compress it.

Therefore, our scientists have known since the 50s that gravity can compress space. And unless those scientists were a lot dumber than I am, they also knew that effective, faster-than-light travel is possible if you can generate a strong gravity field.

RESOURCES ABOUT POSSIBLE UFO PHYSICS / PROPULSION / TECHNOLOGY

There have been "thought experiments" on how UFOs might work (on paper, as no hardware is available, at least publicly). Books have been written by Paul R. Hill (written 1970s, published 1995), James McCampbell (1970s), Leonard G. Cramp (1966), Plantier (1953); who all approached the UFO phenomenon from a "nuts-and-bolts" craft perspective and their theories on UFO manoeuvring were based on the idea that a UFO's source of propulsion is rigidly attached to the craft. Other engineers and physicists who have shown a public and persistent interest in the UFO subject, or speculated on how UFOs might work, are Hermann Oberth, James E. McDonald, James Harder, Harley D. Rutledge, Jack Sarfatti, Harold Puthoff, Claude Poher (who in the late 1970s headed GEPAN, the French government's UFO project) and many others.

Considering the difficulty of creating plasma in normal atmospheric conditions, in combination with other observations, like the luminosity of submarine UFOs, the sudden appearance of condensation / mist when starting up in high humidity conditions and noise patterns, it all suggests an envelope of lower atmospheric density near the UFO's surface. A near vacuum, i.e. the air/water is "pushed away" from the skin of the craft (confirmed by observations when UFOs rise from water), which minimizes friction and heating issues. Plasmas can interact strongly with electromagnetic radiation, "Plasma Stealth" is a proposed process that uses ionized gas (plasma) to reduce the radar cross section (RCS) of an aircraft. ~  that's the word that jumped into my head the other day when I was think about this stuff.  I don't know what it is or what its effects are.  I'm simply going by my 'prompting' here that this is most likely the means of propulsion for these UFO craft.

UFO Encounter - Mansfield, Ohio 1973 "The Coyne Incident"

About 11:00 p.m. near Mansfield, Ohio, Healey saw a red light off to the left (west) heading south. Three or four minutes later, Yanacek noticed a single steady red light on the eastern horizon, and reported it to Coyne. About 30 seconds later, Yanacek announced that the light appeared to be converging on the helicopter, and they all watched it warily.

As the light continued its approach, Coyne grabbed the controls from Jezzi and began a powered descent of approximately 500 feet per minute. He made radio contact with Mansfield approach control, requesting information on possible jet traffic. After Mansfield acknowledged their transmission, radio contact was lost on both UHF and VHF.

The red light appeared to be on a collision course, approaching at a speed estimated to be more than 600 knots. Coyne increased the rate of descent to 2,000 feet per minute until they reached about 1,700 feet, about 600 feet above the tree tops. With the unknown object about to ram them, the crewmen feared for their lives. Just as a collision appeared imminent, the light suddenly stopped and hovered above and in front of the helicopter. They saw a cigar-shaped, gray metallic appearing, domed object whose apparent size filled the entire windshield. 

It's interesting that even though Coyne had the controls of the helicopter in a "descent" position, that when the 'object' was directly in front of the helicopter, the pilots suddenly noticed that they had ascended to 3,500 feet in a very short time.  How fascinating...

Other online resources about possible UFO propulsion system, BUT based only on Physics we know, of pure electric or magnetic effetcs on charged matter (i.e. without resorting to the hypothetical "force field" / "antigravity"). Such are Magneto-[Hydro/Aero]-Dynamics-based, i.e. ionize the ambient medium (air / water) and then work with magnetic fields. This includes the recent July-2008 announcement of an experimental "Wingless Electromagnetic Air Vehicle" (WEAV) by scientist Subrata Roy of the University of Florida. 

IMHO the following ideas on how UFOs might work, while conforming to the physics we know, do not conform to the evidence. Witnesses invariably report virtually no air displacement / turbulence and noise, and the landing-marks suggest that UFOs are massive -according to Ted Phillips' CPTR soil compression tests where UFOs had landed, never resulted in a craft of under 8 tons-. For a massive MAD-craft to stay aloft, we should be seeing a huge rush of air similar to VTOL aircraft, but with UFOs we don't observe that. Not to mention tremendous accelerations and the apparent ability to disappear]. Anyway, here they are:

• Purely magnetic effects, i.e. a magnetic field, that repells the Earth's natural magnetism. This might hypothetically be via room-temperature superconductors, that may have magnetic fields on the order of 10^6 Gauss (i.e. over a million times higher than the Earth's natural magnetic field) and "mag-lev train"-type modus operandi. This was the assumption of Canadian government's UFO project "MAGNET", run by engineer Wilbert Smith between 1950-1954. Also Dr Pajak "magnetocraft"

• Dr. Auguste Meessen Belgian, professor of Physics at the Catholic University of Louvain and Ufo researcher, formulated a "Pulsed EM Propulsion" model. It involves the action of electric and magnetic fields on electric charges, resulting from an adequate ionization of the ambient air. He also shows how the required, extremely intense, but low frequency field can be produced.

• Stanton Friedman on UFO propulsion - again MagnetoAeroDynamics (i.e. ionize the surrounding medium and then work with electromagnetic fields), gives the example of the EM submarine tested in Santa Barbara, CA in 1966.

What these studies don't account for is the metaphysic element.  My belief is that this technology is not 100% pure physics...  that there is a large metaphysic component in there...  for the technology to be able to respond to human thought...  which was very much the message in my 2009 dream.

Popovich relays a sighting of a UFO next to the airplane he was travelling aboard as he was returning home from Washington D.C. with a delegation of scientists. The UFO was seen by everyone on board the plane. It was perfect triangle shaped and emitted a very bright, white light at a distance of about 1.5 kilometres and an altitude about 1,000 metres above the airplane. The object had en estimated speed of 1500 km/h travelling parallel to the airplane and passed and overtook the plane in about 30 to 40 seconds.

Nowadays Popovich is the president of UFO association of Russia and the chairman of Ukrainian diaspora organisation in Russia.
