Russian President Vladimir Putin lashed out at the US in a speech on Friday, calling the country a threat to global stability. Speaking at the Valdai Discussion Club, an annual gathering of Russian leaders and scholars from across the world, the president delivered some of the harshest criticisms he’s ever directed at the US, picking apart a list of failed American policies and programs.
